Apogee staff have raised over £500 for Global’s Make Some Noise by completing the ‘Apogee RideNimbus 100’ challenge.

Members of staff across the business rode an impressive 200 miles between them on two static bikes that were installed in the firm’s Maidstone head office.

Members of staff across the business rode an impressive 200 miles between them on two static bikes that were installed in the firm’s Maidstone head office. In the week leading up to the fundraising event employees were able to bid for their colleagues to ride up to five miles on the bike in return for a donation to the charity.

Group Marketing Director Gary Downey said: “Global’s Make Some Noise is a fantastic charity that supports small but brilliant charities across the UK, helping youngsters and their families living with illness, disability or lack of opportunity. It was great to see so many of our team involved in the ‘Apogee RideNimbus 100’ challenge, there has been a real buzz in the office and we have raised a fantastic amount.”
