At a formal business briefing on the South coast, SPOT Group shared progress on the group’s performance and presented future
strategy plans to supplier partners.
Focused on growth, investment and collaborative working, the briefing session included a round-up of investments already implemented across the business’ operational sites where dedicated third party picking and shipping lines have been installed to improve productivity and deliver a high quality packaged end user parcel; an overview of how the market is moving and the relevant changes the group has made to ensure its relevance for both vendors and customers. The team also shared plans about supporting a collaborative, three-way product marketing approach between vendors, SPOT group and their customers, and highlighted proposed changes to its Brilliant Partner program.
Attendees later gathered for a shore side BBQ and Pontoon Party and participated in a sailing regatta the next day.
