Service management software developers Vantage has announced the Enterprise version of its cloud-based Vantage Online solution.
Designed specifically for the office equipment and MPS markets, Vantage Online is designed to make billing, helpdesk, stock, reporting and management functions as responsive and efficient as possible. Vantage Online Enterprise includes all the features of the standard edition, with added benefits including access to the comprehensive API, allowing clients to integrate their CRM, email marketing and business-critical ERP systems with Vantage Online to ensure that duplication of data entry is kept to an absolute minimum.
Enterprise also adds an updated customer web portal, which enables a users’ clients to log faults and raise tickets, request consumables and enter meter readings. Used in conjunction with the API, supplier integration and email functionality, this solution gives users the ability to provide complete end-to-end customer service.
