ZenOffice has signed an extended contract commitment with Spicers for the next three years.
The two companies already have a trading relationship of almost 25 years, reflecting the Greater Manchester-based dealer’s belief that continuity helps deliver the highest standards of service and customer support.
ZenOffice Group Commercial Director Bruce Davie said: “We are strong believers in having the lowest cost to serve (CTS) at the maximum level of service to our customers, so streamlined logistics is very important. Many dealers still cherry pick between wholesalers, but we believe any individual product cost saving is lost through higher CTS in more complicated order fulfilment. With Spicers’ RDC located close by, as our chosen partners they help us deliver this goal for our business.”
Spicers recently invested in a new semi-automated picking line and track at its Manchester facility to further improve quality of delivery and productivity.
